1

Arrive Istanbul

Welcome to Istanbul, the city that spreads across two continents. You will arrive in Istanbul at the Ataturk airport. After clearing your immigration and customs, you will find our holiday representative in the waiting area to greet you.He will then guide you to the transfer area where you will board the coach for your transfer to the hotel to leave your luggage.After check in, you will be given some time to freshen up and get ready at around 1- 1:30pm to explore Istanbul through a cruise. You will be picked up by the coach along with a local guide from your hotel for a Bosphorus cruise. Bosphorus is the name of the river which divides Turkey into two parts, the European part and the Asian part. From the boat cruise, you will get an excellent view of all that Istanbul has to offer. Various forts and palaces built along the river front will be visible, and you can enjoy the view with live commentary.After approximately 1.5 hours of the boat cruise, proceed to Pierre Loti Hill.In the Evening at around 4pm, Return back to the hotel.Have a comfortable overnight stay in Istanbul.

Istanbul City Tour

Relish the buffet breakfast at the hotel.Today, your day with start at 8:30- 9am when a local tour guide with take you on a city tour of Istanbul which includes visit to Hippodrome which was used for public events like chariot racing. It was the center of the Byzantine lifestyle for over 1,000 years. It was also the center for many political and civil battles. Only 3 of the original columns survive at the Hippodrome today, the oldest of which is called the Egyptian Obelisk and was built in 1500 BC. Proceed to visit Topkapi Palace, the ancient residence of mighty Ottoman Sultans, Hagia Sophia Museum, is famous in particular about its massive dome, which is said to have changed the face of architecture. Blue Mosque – the one and only 6-mirates mosque in the city, with its beautiful Iznik tiles. Later, you will enjoy the famous Grand Bazaar where you can find more than 4,000 shops full of gifts, souvenirs, spices and cultural items.Tonight, you are invited to enjoy Indian meals at one of the good Indian restaurant. Your table will be reserved; you can go at any hour as per your wish. Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Istanbul.

Istanbul - Dday free at leisure

After relishing on a delicious serving of breakfast at the hotel.Enjoy your day free at leisure to explore Istanbul on your own. You may opt for any of the optional tours such as Prince’s Island tour with Horse Carriage where you will go cruising to the largest of the Prince’s Islands consisting of nine Islands in the Marmara Sea. The quiet ambience of a century ago is preserved today in these islands as no private motor vehicles are allowed on any of the islands. Everyone walks, or rides bicycles, or takes horse-drawn carriages (fayton). The Prince’s Islands tour provides you with lunch at a local restaurant. You are given some time for leisure and in the afternoon you are cruised back to the city.Have a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Istanbul.

Istanbul to Kayseri Airport onward to Cappadocia

Delight on an open buffet breakfast in the hotel.You will be transferred to Istanbul Ataturk International Airport for an early morning flight to Cappadocia, area in Central Anatolia in Turkey best known for its unique moon-like landscape, underground cities and cave churches.Upon arrival at Kayseri Airport, you will find the MMT holiday representative waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel.This distance is around 2 - 2.5 hours from Kayseri Airport to Nevsehir, Cappadocia.Later the guide will take you for a tour of Cappadocia which is an area in Central Anatolia in Turkey best known for its unique moon-like landscape, underground cities and cave churches.You will visit the Ortahisar village, the Pigeon Valley with many different rock formations and hundreds of pigeon houses and finish the day with a visit to the Kaymakli Underground City carved out of rock and completely self-contained. More than 200 people lived on each of its seven floors with the last one being 250 feet underground.Enjoy your local dinner and have a comfortable overnight stay at hotel in Cappadocia.

Cappadocia City Tour

Relish the buffet breakfast at the hotel.Today you will set out on a sightseeing tour of this unique corner of the world with a local guide. You start the day with a visit to Dervent Valley, which is like a fairy zoo with lovely fairy chimneys, Pasabag Valley Fairy Chimneys and Avanos Village, the center of terra-cotta work since 3000 BC known for its handmade pottery.Later enjoy a tour of Goreme Open-Air Museum which is full of pink, rose and white tapering columns. These tall free standing cones of stone curve and twist as if pulled from earth like taffy. Others are tall fairy-like chimneys. The caves were settled in the 4th century as monasteries.The coach will then transfer you to the hotel.Enjoy your local dinner and have a comfortable overnight stay at hotel in Cappadocia.

Cappadocia to India via Istanbul
